the location was ideal, in the arcella district and close to a train station. amicable and nice staff, provided information if needed. i greatly enjoyed the room with air conditioning, the bed was extremely comfy.

Convenient location right next to a tram stop and train station, making it super easy to get around. the staff, including the owner, were all friendly and helpful. 😊 Came for a short stay of 2 days and enjoyed the beautiful hotel vibes.

Guests can use the beautiful large kitchen and living area. Perfect value for money.

The room was very comfortable, with luxurious sheets and a firm, cozy bed. the modern amenities, including two hand basins, were a pleasant surprise. the breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed juice and great coffee. the B&B had a homely feel, while still being spacious and modern. the location was ideal, close to the tram line and within walking distance of the train/bus station.

Upon arrival, we had to wait for the host to greet us, despite informing them of our exact arrival time. the room had a musty, moldy smell that was hard to ignore.

The staff here was friendly, the setting was tranquil and just perfect, the building and rooms were gorgeous with air conditioning, and having central heating and multi-channel TV was very convenient.

The owner was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Coffee and chocolates were available throughout the day. The room and bathroom were spacious and impressive. The location was convenient, close to the train station. Towels were provided.

The single room at Locazione Turistica Gioia was a cozy little spot with the perfect amount of space for one person. The air conditioning kept me comfortable during the warm days, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when I wanted to relax. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the room, making it feel more than just a standard hotel room.

While everything in the room was great, I personally didn't find much use for the CD player. But hey, that's just my opinion, someone else might enjoy it.

This B&B is absolutely mind-blowing! The building has been completely remodeled and it is super modern. The bathroom is jaw-dropping, with marble counters and TWO sinks. The king bed is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is simply fabulous with so many choices. The kitchen area where guests eat is beautiful, and the living area is also available to use. It's only a 5-minute walk to the tram, and then a quick 15 minutes to the city center. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is generous and the value for money is perfect. The whole place looks amazing, especially the huge apartment and unexpectedly big bathroom with a jacuzzi. The decor is just wow! Pooyah, the owner, is first class and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast is excellent and a great start to the day. Plus, there's coffee and small chocolates available all day in the kitchen, lounge, and bedroom. The bathroom is also top-notch. This place is a 10/10, offering a much nicer experience than most places. It truly feels like a super nice home.
